What Is Included in Plumbing Repair
- Faucets: drips, leaks, low flow, and replacement.
- Toilets: running, weak flushes, leaks at the base, and replacement.
- Valves: main shutoffs, fixture shutoffs, and hose bibs that will not close or leak.
- Water lines: leaking supply lines, low pressure, and new lines.
- Repipes: replacing old, corroded, or failing pipe through part or all of a building.
- Sewer lines: repairing and replacing damaged sewer and drain lines.
- Commercial fixtures: flush valves, flushometers, urinals, and drinking fountains.
When a Repipe Makes More Sense Than Another Repair
If you are fixing a new leak every few months, the pipe itself may be the problem. Older galvanized steel pipe rusts from the inside, which causes low pressure and brown water. Some older plastic pipe becomes brittle over time.
A repipe replaces the failing pipe with new lines, either for one part of the building or the whole thing. We will look at what you have, explain what we would replace and why, and let you decide. Sometimes a targeted repair is the right answer, and we will tell you that too.
Signs You Need Plumbing Repair
- A faucet that drips or a toilet that runs after flushing.
- Low water pressure at one fixture or the whole house.
- Shutoff valves that will not close all the way.
- Banging or rattling pipes when water turns off.
- Rusty or discolored water from older pipes.
- A sewer smell in the house or soggy ground over the sewer line.

Plumbing Repair Questions
Why does my toilet keep running?
A running toilet is usually caused by a worn flapper, a fill valve that will not shut off, or a chain that is too short or tangled. It can waste a lot of water without leaving a puddle. These are usually quick repairs. Call or text us and we will get it fixed.
When should I think about a repipe?
Consider a repipe when leaks keep popping up in different places, when you have rusty water or low pressure from old galvanized pipe, or when the pipe in your home is a type known to fail. We will look at your plumbing and tell you honestly whether repairs or a repipe make more sense.
Do you repair sewer lines?
Yes. We repair and replace damaged sewer and drain lines for homes and businesses. Signs of a sewer line problem include several drains backing up at once, a sewer smell, and soggy or sunken ground over the line. If the line is just clogged, our drain cleaning service may be all you need.
Do you work on commercial restroom fixtures?
Yes. We repair and replace commercial flush valves, flushometer toilets, urinals, sinks, and drinking fountains, including dual-height fountains. Restaurants, churches, offices, and retail buildings across the River Valley call us for this work. Our gallery shows several recent commercial restroom jobs.
